Every January 3rd International Mind-Body Wellness Day is observed to remind us of the impact our mental health has on our overall wellnes.

Incorporating self-care rituals into our everyday that focus on our Mind and Body are vital to our wellbeing. Even a few minutes make a huge difference.

Try these 5 Mind-Body rituals to get you started:

  • Meditate - just five to ten minutes a day can clear and refresh your mind. Try this heart centered one from our blog.

  • Smile - smiling helps release cortisol and boosts our mood. And it’s free!

  • Walk - take a 15 minute walk. If you can go outside even better.

  • Yoga or Stretch - both offer an opportunity to slow down and connect with your body.
